Rob Devlin

Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Co-Founder

Rob is an established Global Leader in Talent Acquisition spanning Agency, RPO & In-house teams. Designing Award Winning strategies for some of the leading businesses in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Tech & Retail. Rob has held impactful roles at top organizations such as Smile Brands, Mydentist, the Co-operative and Warburtons, where he has consistently driven success through innovative strategies and leadership.

2024: Judge for In House Recruitment Awards across 3 categories.
2023: Founded Devlin Talent, a consulting firm focused on enhancing talent acquisition strategies for clients across the UK, US, and Canada.
2022: Appointed as Founding Chair of the American Society of Dentistry Support Organisations Steering Group on Clinical Talent in the US
2020: Led the development of a comprehensive TA strategy at mydentist, resulting in a 200% increase in vacancy fill rates and winning the 2020 European Brand Management award.
2015: Appointed to UK Government’s Universal Credit Welfare Reform Steering Group as lead adviser for UK Retail Sector Workforce Planning Strategy
